Legislative Resolve No. 17 A message dated June 27, 2013, was received stating the Speaker appointed Representative Hughes as Co-chair and the President appointed Senator Olson as Co-chair of the task force. The Speaker and President jointly appointed the following members to the task force: Joseph Masters, Commissioner, Dept. of Public Safety General Thomas Katkus, Adjutant General, Dept. of Military & Veterans' Affairs Douglas Walker, Alaska Center for Unmanned Aircraft Systems Integration at the University of Alaska Fairbanks Steve Colligan, Academy of Model Aeronautics Patrick Kemp, Commissioner, Dept. of Transportation & Public Facilities, or another member of the state Aviation Advisory Board 2013-09-10 House Journal Page 1379 A message dated August 15, 2013, was received stating the Speaker and President made the following appointment: State Council for Interstate Adult and Juvenile Offender Supervision (AS 33.36.140) Senator Coghill (ex officio nonvoting member)
